This is a unique and exciting project promoting the fact that music and dance are a beneficial part of a healthy lifestyle to non dance audiences.  The project will capture the imagination of a wide variety of people who haven't made the decision to take part in a workshop or been made to attend as part of a school lesson but are witnessing the impact on their well-being without having to leave their seats!
